Planning Guidance for Strategic Five-Year State Plan Now Finalized After OMB Approval

Posted 2/17/99 The final" Planning Guidance and Instructions for Submission of the Strategic Five-Year State Plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and the Wagner-Peyser Act" is now available on this web site. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the document and States may submit plans anytime between April 1, 1999 and April 1, 2000.

Joint Memorandum on WIA Implementation: ETA and Education
