Posted 2/17/99 The final" Planning Guidance and Instructions for Submission of the Strategic Five-Year State Plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and the Wagner-Peyser Act" is now available on this web site. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the document and States may submit plans anytime between April 1, 1999 and April 1, 2000.

Posted 12/29/98 This memorandum from Ray Bramucci, Judith Neuman, and Patricia McNeil,
issued on December 14, 1998, outlines the coordination efforts being
undertaken by the two agencies to make it easier to implement WIA's reforms
at the State and local level.
