Regional Trends in Quarterly Reporting (review and analysis of the 2nd quarter reports) - discussion on how to use the data at the State and Regional level; exactly what does this data mean; show examples of how States can verify and Regions can validate the data; explanation of the Table of Extreme Values, how to look for outliers, looking for errors in the reports and how to correct them; State standard operating procedures for data collection
