- Discussion on how to use the data at the State and Regional level;
- Exactly what does this data mean;
- Show examples of how States can verify and Regions can validate the data;
- Explanation of the Table of Extreme Values, how to look for outliers, looking for errors in the reports and how to correct them;
- State standard operating procedures for data collection

- Alternative ways to address the narrative elements
- The tables
- Timing-the challenge of reporting final data for retention and earnings change/ replacement by the due date
- Examples of annual reports from major corporations
- Reports submission - States view on submitting the annual report, what would they like to see, what would be helpful, discussion on different approaches to reporting, pros and cons

** Small groups develop work plan for preparing the quarterly and annual report. Groups report to whole. Small groups-each given a different broad topic-discuss the biggest reporting challenges and potential solutions.
