OMB continued its efforts to resolve partner agency comments on the
Draft Unified Planning Guidance. Completion of the process is
expected by September 10th. DOL will assist in getting the approved document
published in the F. R. for comment.
On September 9th, a two-day meeting opened in Atlanta with
representatives from the six States that have negotiated performance levels
(FL, IN,, KY, TX, UT & VT). The meeting will provide feedback and discussion
about the WIA Performance Accountability experiences in these States, to date.
