  1. Noteworthy Accomplishments Since the Last Report

    1. WIA State Plans

    2. The Proposed State Unified Plan Planning Guidance was published in the Federal Register on October 6. Comments are due within 60 days, by December 10, 1999.

    3. Federal Partner issues relating to the Section 188 Nondiscrimination Regulations have been resolved. The regulations are currently under review at the Justice department. Expected date of publication in the Federal Register is mid November.
