The revised State Planning Guidance was
forwarded to OMB for review on Friday, October 8th.
An information session for ITA's and Eligible
Training Providers was held in Dallas on September 24th &
25th. There were approximately 130 state and local staff in
attendance. A briefing book from the session is posted on the web
site.
